• You may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
• We do NOT do refunds but however we do exchanges. If you are not happy with your order for any reason you can return it within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept any returns made after the 14 day time frame.
First of contact us about what you want to return, what product and why and with what you would like to exchange it with. This can be done via our contact form and do not forget to fill the order number field.
Returns must be in their original condition, UNWASHED, UNWORN and UNDAMAGED. We will NOT accept any items that don't fit the above states and in order to receive the items back again we will ask you to pay for the postal service.
Returns could take up to 1 week to be processed once received. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
• If the shipment sent to you is the result of an error made by CosmicSoda we will cover the costs of sending you the right products.
Liability
• We always do our best to ensure that the information available on the website is up to date and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error free. In case of an error that has been brought to our attention we will do our best to correct it as quickly as possible.
• CosmicSoda does not accept liability for any errors on the site and has the right to change information, images, specifications and descriptions of any products or services.
• CosmicSoda will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
